Over 370 Republican Candidates Have Cast Doubt on the 2020 Election

They include candidates for the U.S. House and Senate, and the state offices of governor, secretary of state and attorney general — many with clear shots to victory, and some without a chance. They are united by at least one issue: They have all expressed doubt about the legitimacy of the 2020 election. And they are the new normal of the Republican Party.

More than 370 people — a vast majority of Republicans running for these offices in November — have questioned and, at times, outright denied the results of the 2020 election despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, according to a monthslong New York Times investigation. These candidates represent a sentiment that is spreading in the Republican Party, rupturing a bedrock principle of democracy: that voters decide elections and candidates accept results.

Brandon couldn't get 30 people to a rally, zero passion for the man from anyone. Yet he won the most votes in history? I don't theeen so Lucy.

FRANKLIN GRAHAM: [01:01:15] All right. If you like higher taxes, vote for Democrats. Local, state, federal. If you want to see open borders and more drugs for across the southern border, vote for the Democrats. If you want to see more huge government giveaways that don’t help our economy and don’t make sense, vote for the Democrats. If you want to defund police departments and have less law and order, vote for the Democrats. If you like higher gas prices, vote for the Democrats. If you like to be dependent on other countries for energy rather than being energy independent, vote for the Democrats. If you like inflation, vote for the Democrats. If you are good with food prices going through the roof, vote for the Democrats. If you want to see more criminals, including felons, let out of jail, vote for the Democrats. If you want the gay, lesbian, transgender agenda to continue to be crammed down your throat and talk to your children. Vote for the Democrats. If you want the teacher unions to raise your children and keep your parents in the dark, vote for the Democrats if you’re okay having guns confiscated by the Democrats. If you want to see the country push down the road of socialism, which is total government control of our lives, the vote for the Democrats. If you like, to see homelessness, crime, drugs take over the streets of our cities, vote for the Democrats. If you support biological men freely use in women’s restrooms, vote for the Democrats. If you support males competing in athlete athletic programs for women and girls, vote for the Democrats. If you support the hiring of tens of thousands more IRS agents, vote for the Democrats. If you support abortion, vote for the Democrats. If you support a weaker military, vote for the Democrats. If you’re sick and tired of free speech, vote for the Democrats.

This is some of the worst logic out there.

For starters - the most lackluster candidates in history have been able to fill arenas during campaigns. Dole, Kerry, Dukakis - when it comes to partisans, there are millions of them on both sides, and they will turn out if asked. Biden didn't ask. They thought symbolic nods to COVID would fare better.

And many were simply passionate about voting Trump out. I don't know how it's possible to not realize that. Trump is one of the most reviled public figures in our history.

Trump is reviled by the media and by people the media does the thinking for. You must be one of them.
