Oregon decriminalized drugs in 2020: How's it going?

Heather says that Portland used to be a city....as in the buildings are still there but it no longer functions as a city.

They felt so strongly about it that they left, after they had devoted so much time and money improving their property.

Looks like the more upstanding residents of Portland should start using "Homeless repellant."

The citizens have allowed this collapse to continue.....they deserve what they get now.....my sympathy tank is bone dry.

I'm hardly being sympathetic. I'm suggesting a real solution to the problem where you are. Douche the loser's / homeless' shit with some major amounts of OC and they go somewhere else. You don't have to put a drop on them to do that. They get the message one way or another.

Just make sure, like the evil 'tards of Antifa, that you are sure you can't be identified from security cameras, etc., doing it because there are anal retentive morons in government that don't see the value of kicking losers and bums out of town.

The only solution is for those who know better to speak up. That is not happening. We can argue about whether there is any hope that people will eventually measure up.

I don't think that exists anymore. We know folks from there in Hawaii. They all say it's an unlivable city now.
Same as New Orleans where I grew up. The few law abiding citizens left don't even stop for red lights or stop signs anymore for fear of being carjacked, those are basically yield signs now. They don't get ticketed, the cops understand.
 
Drugs are driving up fear and driving down morale....which is almost certainly the feature not the bug of the pro drug policies of the West coast. How much our enemies the Chinese are driving this we can talk about. Where we are headed is pretty damn certain, and let me tell you, it is going to hurt.

And we earned it.
