It looks like a big issue and i dont think weve had a single thread on the subject. Personally im having a hard time deciding which side to support.
As I understand it the tribe was initially offered money to let it pass thru their land, they rejected it now it passes thru someone elses. But the land hits their water supply or something. Im not sure how relevant that is though as some people have said other pipes are even closer to water sources than this one and the areas are ok.
Anyone have the main points of both sides?
