A federal judge has scheduled jury selection to begin Feb. 9 in former president Donald Trump’s Washington, D.C., trial on charges of seeking to subvert the results of the 2020 election.

The historic trial for the country’s 45th president — who is also a leading candidate for the GOP presidential nomination in 2024 — is set to begin March 4, after in-person questioning by prosecutors, Trump’s defense attorneys and the judge.

Trump was charged in August in a four-count, 45-page indictment that accused him of a criminal conspiracy to remain in power, obstruct Congress’s Jan. 6, 2021, joint session to confirm the electoral vote count, and deprive Americans of their civil right to have their vote counted.

This court case will fall apart just like the other ones. There is no crime here. Trump voluntarily left office at the end of his term. He did not organize the riots. Pelosi did.
Congress does not count American's votes. They can only count electoral college votes. Unfortunately, Pence chose electoral college members. He has no authority to do that. Only the States have that authority.

The 2020 election faulted due to election fraud by Democrats. Seven States never chose any electors.
Various 2022 elections also faulted due to election fraud by Democrats.
The Democrats tried to subvert the 2016 election, but were unsuccessful.

What will 2024 bring?
The Democrats are ALREADY trying to subvert the 2024 election.

NO COURT HAS AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION.
