DENVER - A bill allowing lower tuition rates for illegal immigrant students received final approval from state House lawmakers Friday.
The bill passed 40-21 and will now proceed to Gov. John Hickenlooper, who is expected to sign the bill. All the Democratic lawmakers to approved the bill.
AND
The Army announced Friday it is suspending its tuition assistance program for soldiers newly enrolling in classes due to sequestration and other budgetary pressures.
“This suspension is necessary given the significant budget execution challenges caused by the combined effects of a possible year-long continuing resolution and sequestration,” Paul Prince, an army personnel spokesman at the Pentagon.

Colo. can afford to give illegals benefits that Washington can't afford to give our troops, US CITIZENS.......simply amazing.

Big surprise...this has NOITHING to do with Obama, but like an opportunistic little turd, NOVA just can't help trying to pretend it does.

Blame the Colorado state Congress and their Governor for signing the legislation...of course when you do, it will further highlight your hypocrisy concerning a state's right to decide how they want to be governed.

If you want to reinstate the tuition program for veterans, why not close some tax loopholes for the wealthy? And raise cap gains more than the token offering from January.

But Colorado doesn't have an "all Democrat" Government.

The 2012 Colorado elections resulted in a change in majority party status for the House (37 Democrats; 29 Republicans) and the Democrats retained their majority in the Senate (20 Democrats; 15 Republicans)...

So we see that the truth is that until last November, the REPUBLICANS had the majority in the House, and there are still Republicans in BOTH HOUSES of Congress...
