Nothing unconstitutional about that. Many states deny the vote to anyone ever convicted of a felony. We need to say no one can vote in an election if they have been on SNAP or EBT or medicaid in the prior 12 months. Welfare trash vote for anyone that promises more freebies.

Of course blue states will never pass such a law, but red states can and must or they will be ruined too.
