I was good friends with Detroit cops years ago. I remember when they said the new policy was to start emptying guns into people because that was one fewer witness to defend against. I was shocked that they all bought that. Before then, they actually used warning shots to capture a "perp'. They said those days are over. Human lives are meaningless to lots of cops.
Nordy, you are an idiot. There is no such thing as a warning shot. If you pull your gun, you fire until the threat stops.
