I have seen them talking before but Charlie seemed much rougher/adversarial w/ him than I have ever seen him w/ Stone..

Was glad I caught that one...

I like his show almost all the time but not always thrilled w/ some of the guests & he doesn't announce much in advance who is gonna be on the show?? Do you know if he actually does put out an itinerary??

I think he is just choosing the topical guests.

Ya . Charlie blew a fuse there for a bit..It just goes to show how Russiaphobia is baked into our bones.
If one bucks the commonality -one gets but but but da Russians! xenophobia back at them..

We like the Russians to be Boogeymen -not just geopolitical adversaries. ( which doesn't have to be either)

In all honesty, Stone didn't seem well prepared for that type of "interview"..
