Ohio software patch going to court for NOT being vetted

Its not the machines its a software patch installed last minute in only 44% of the machines.


Gee why only certain machines and why last minute and WHY no mutherfucking vetting to the world of its safety?
 
the republican party has cheated for decades in this manner or another.

Its the only reason they have won elections for quite some time.


I hope the court tosses the patch and then the patch is investigated and the shit in it puts this asshole in prison.


Your party can not longer cheat to win.

They were caught last time too, there were just very few prosecutions, because Kerry is a wimp.

This is exactly what happened in 2004. Untested software was installed just before the election.

For anyone who knows anything about software, without PHYSICAL examination of the code, there is no validation of the processes and no integrity in the election.

If the code even allows a negative vote, then it is designed for fraud.

The entire Democratic Party is either a wimp .. or complicit.

Diebold/ESS paid millions in settlements for installing untested patchs. Yet no one took action.

80% of the vote was being counted by two brothers who owned both companies .. both republican .. yet no one took action.

The fraud of electionic faith-based voting has been CONCLUSIVELY proven. Yet no one took action.

Congressman Rush Holt put forth a bill to address the potential for fraud in e-voting back in 2006 (HR 550) .. it went nowhere.

The systems that Americans vote on are 3rd worldish. Nigeria has more integrity in their systems than America.

No one paid attention when the experts were fighting against it.

They didn’t.

When 37 polling sites in Miami-Dade and Broward counties opened at 7 a.m. on the last day of early voting, two had five-hour waits. The wait was four hours or longer at three other sites.

And the waits only got longer.

Voters in line by the time closed at 7 p.m. were allowed to vote. At 6:42 p.m., the Miami-Dade elections department estimated that a half a dozen sites had six-hour lines. On Friday, the Miami-Dade voters had stayed open until 11 p.m.

At the Miramar Library on Saturday night, 56-year-old Dan Whiting said he thought the line would shrink as the day grew older.

He was wrong. He arrived at around 6:30 p.m. and his expected wait time was four to five hours. The line had about 550 people.
