Office meltdown

I've said before I'm doing some work for a real estate tech firm in the Silicon Valley. About 70 employees. About 2 are black, 15 white and 50 or so are Chinese and Indian. Kind of surprised considering this is a workplace but there has been a lot of open discussion about the election this morning and not one person here has openly spoken about supporting Trump.

It's just interesting/amazing to hear so many people in one work place all in agreement.

People are really open about this one. Usually, they're more restrained in their opinions, especially at work.

Most of my friends & acquaintances are completely losing it. Just over the top. I get it, and might have been like that 10 or 20 years ago, but it's a lot of wasted energy.

Trump is the President now. There is absolutely nothing that anyone can do about it. Really, why not just hope that he does well?

I didn't hear any talk at all on campus this morning and thankfully horses don't care about the election and they also don't talk about it. I'm surprisingly content this morning though. I'm happy that the republicans won the senate and the house and I'm happy that everything happened peacefully and definitively. I don't have the best opinions of Donald Trump, primarily his moral and ethical challenges, but he has four years to earn my next vote and I hope he does.

My Facebook feed last night and today has been on total meltdown mode. I have over 900 friends on there and id say maybe five have posted positive things about Trump but dozens have lashed out. Again, I live in a bubble but there is some serious depression out here today

whatever your opinion about him though this election cycle with him as the top has given republicans the house senate presidency and supreme court for the first time since 1920.

I dont know anyone else who could have accomplished that.

Ill acknowledge that he over performed and clearly did well, but honestly I think Cruz, Rubio, Paul, Kasich, Bush, Fiorina, and others all probably could have accomplished nearly the same thing. Hillary Clinton was highly unpopular, she lacked ideas, she was trying to ride the coat tails of Obama who after eight years most people are probably burned out of, her main reason to be elected was to break the glass ceiling, and even polling showed that almost any of the GOP candidates would have beaten Clinton. And so if Trump was supposed to lose based on polling but still won I would imagine most other good GOP candidates would have done the same thing.

They had it under Bush and we don't have the Supreme Court right now

So you work in a welfare center do you..................what do you expect

Yeah, the innovation center of the country is just a big welfare center. So is this what Repubkicans have come to, we don't celebrate economic achievement anymore?

Correction; it should be surprising to see so many idiots in one room agreeing with each other. Liberals are tone deaf. :rofl2:

:rofl2: Maybe we should start a new relocation business and assist leftTards who cannot stand to be under anything but Marxist rule move to Cuba? :rofl2:

:rofl2: I guess you forgot that one of them died and one pretended to care about the constitution and got away with it. You cannot be perfect; but it certainly is better than another leftist retard like Sotomayor.
