Now that the candidates I felt were reasonable in the Republican primary seem to not have a chance... I am just hoping for someone who is not bat shit crazy, such as Trump and Carson.

I am hoping its Rubio.

The only other almost non-insane choice is Cruz, and that shows you how bad Trump and Carson are.

Thoughts?
 
It should make no difference to you.....you will vote for Hillary, even if she's not the nominee....:clink:

Personally, I wanted Kasich. I actually would have voted for Kasich.

But yeah - of the guys who have a chance, it's gotta be Rubio. Everyone else is nuts.

He was a more reasonable contender, not right of right. He had a lot of sound ideas, but Republicans seem to be a great distance from Goldwater, my kind of Republican.

rubio sucks too. He's obsessed with iran beyond what is healthy. He talks like it's 2002 and we still have to take down the axis of evil. He also is anti-privacy rights.

the whole field sucks. Every single candidate. No matter what happens, I lose. Such is my life. I have never known what it's like to vote for someone that believes in the things I do and have them actually get elected and actually bring about change that reflects my own worldview. For someone into politics and public policy, it's absolute torture. Life long torture for me. Count your blessings, takers.
