Obamas pleas ignored...

The reaction Palin gets on a lot of issues kind of stuns me. People say Clinton & Bush were hated, and they were, as is Obama now. But the level of Palin hate trumps them all; it's pretty out of bounds.

Haters gonna hate - it doesn't matter what she does, really. I doubt that deep down, any of the haters really blame her for the AZ shootings. It's just another excuse...
 
Keep hating liberals. You expose your true selves when you do. I for one look forward to your mass suicides when President Palin is inaugurated.
 
I just looked at the website and the address it gave is my cross street maybe 12 blocks down. If my dumb *ss knew how to use technology I should go there and take a picture of myself next to the poster and post it on here.

People are disappointing, I remember Bush's plea to the nation after 9/11 foe people not to blame Islam or all Muslims, and how long did that last?

I can't believe we actually agree on something (but probably for different reasons)

We've watched it happen right before our eyes....

Its really quite extraordinary....the msm has fed the Palin hate, her personal character assassination, and even had a hand in exposing her daughters and other family members to constant ridicule....

she and her family have been fodder for late night comics and left wing pundits since McCain introduced her to main stream America...

the phenomenal hate generated was nurtured and brought to maturity with artful care and was certainly intended....

Successful beyond their expectations, I say.....
 
She's exposed herself, don't blame the msm, they have just given her the spotlight she craves. Besides, if Fox is the best network around, and the most popular, they have done anything but make her the "bad" guys, they made her a consultant!

She exposed her family by doing a reality TV show. Talk about exploitation!

You are right but she plays the game as well. She puts herself out there to draw attention to her self. She makes controversial comments because she knows it draws attention. There's no doubt the media unfairly goes after her but she is not an unwilling victim because she plays the game as well.

I'm not comparing Palin to Paris Hilton but just using Hilton as an example. Many people say Paris Hilton is a stupid bimbo blond, which she may be, but she is a genius at marketing herself and is rich and famous as a result of having done almost nothing.

Palin knows how to market herself and it has made her and her family rich in the last two years. But part of drawing all that attention to herself produces some of the backlash we see.

What I find amazing is that so many folks, liberals as well as country-club Republicans, have these thoughts about Palin yet when asked for specifics can never explain their positions.

And there is no worse line than "think for yourself". Someone telling you to think for yourself means they're telling you to think like they do.

Ok you want one example. Her use of the term blood libel. I've never even heard that term. Who uses that? She was wrongly blamed for this sick kids behavior for three days. Now when she responds it once again becomes all about her as the media fixates on whether she was deliberately provacative with the term or clueless about it. Was she being anti-semetic with it?

Hey you are free to support her 100%. But because she isn't the top candidate for other Republicans doesn't mean they aren't thinking or aren't real Republicans.
