The Obama administration has an unmistakable plan to fight terrorism in the U.S. Simple put it is: Lets hope the hell it doesn't work. Done a great job for the last two episodes. Plane bomb that fails and now car bomb that fails. Again the plan seems to be: Lets hope the hell it doesn't work. We don't need to catch them before the act, lets just "Hope the hell it doesn't work."
