For fuck's sake, we know that there are multiple foreign ships operating right now in the Gulf yet you conceded that no waivers have issued. If the Jones Act says what you claim waivers would have had to have issued. Tell me, how can these foreign ships operate without the requisite Jones Act waivers?

Look, those ships barely began working, because they awaited permission to operate from the Administration. You "conceded" that long ago. And again, the administrations joint information center disagrees with you (linked earlier). You are flat being partisanly and deliberately obtuse. It takes purposeful self-misdirection to ignore the incompetence of this administration during this particular crisis. None of their decisions have been timely. It's been a fricking disaster.
