Barack Obama....America's way of telling the south exactly just how pissed off they are about Bush.Just saw a listing that had him at 19.
Reagan is 7 Clinton at 12
Uhhmmm 3D........there was this guy in Germany.......His name was Hitler......he started a war that killed 100 million people, got his country bombed back to the stoneage, caused the deaths of nearly 10% of his nations population and lost them their national identity for 50 years.....you might want to reconsider that "worst ever" claim? No ruler/executive will ever screw over a country more completely than Commodus did to Rome. Worst leader ever. Which is probably why so many stories/movies are made featuring him in them. Both Christopher Plummer and Joaquin Phoenix did an excellent job portraying the twerp in the movies I have seen them lay waste to the ancient world.

It's amazing how much human suffering one guy caused. Stalin sucked as well.
I didn't know much about Commodus (I had known that the character in "Gladiator" was loosely based on a real guy, but that's it). Just read is wiki entry; he sounded nutty, but not any nuttier than a handful of other Roman leaders.
Dubya is nuttier than any roman and killed far more people for not better reasons, destroyed untold cultural and historic treasure, never mind our own treasury. His destruction will not even be completely known for decades, having kicked the shit out of the terrorist wasp ball of the middle east for so long and so hard, never mind destroying the world economy.
Any president following the mouth foaming fumble bum would be perceived as better.

How soon after President Obama's death will it be, before he is on our money?
When will O'Hare be renamed Brack Hussien Obama International?
Kennedy Avenues all over America will be renamed Obama Avenue.
Will we get a new monument on the Washington Mall?

Some of those Roman guys were really crazy, though. I don't see GW that way. I see him as hopelessly incompetent, mixed w/ some arrogance, which was a pretty bad combo.
He's a guy who never would have gotten near the Presidency if not for his name. He was in over his head, which made him a patsy for people like Cheney and PNAC. That doesn't excuse his sins, and when America is "officially" no longer a superpower, we'll be able to trace the start of our decline to his terms in office. And he definitely caused his share of death & suffering, as well.
That often-unspoken worry burst into public conversation when the comedian Chris Rock remarked: "If a friend calls you on the telephone and says they’re lost on Martin Luther King Boulevard and they want to know what they should do, the best response is, ‘Run!’ "
