Wow.... A speech basically congratulating himself for President Bush's accomplishment! Just a few short years ago, Obama argued AGAINST the troop surge, saying that it would do the exact opposite of what it has done. Now, he doesn't confess that he was wrong about that, and Bush was right, he just pretends that this was all his doing, and he deserves the credit for it. Amazing!
