Ummm Trump isn't. Christie is ahead of him, among others.they like to call it revenue
clue to the repukes, with Obama care (reparations in disguise), whore-rific spending, libtard handouts to the slackers, and complete miss-management of the economy why the fuck is Trump the king of birthers still the front runner.
The party can't be that inept is it?
Yeah, there are at least two threads on it in the General Politics forum. No fucking way, Christie bought a treadmill?
So if he loses 150 lbs he might have a long shot at the nomination. sweet
The draft bill says the "study framework" for the project and a public awareness communications plan should be established within two years of creating the office, and that field tests should begin within four years.
The office would be required to consider four factors in field trials: the capability of states to enforce payment, the reliability of technology, administrative costs and "user acceptance." The draft does not specify where field trials should begin.
The new office would be funded a total of $300 million through fiscal 2017 for the project.
Taxing by the mile is a friggin stupid idea. The fact that the morons are even suggesting 'studying' it is a complete waste of tax payers money.
If you want to tax more, you raise the gas tax. That penalizes those who use more gas either by driving more miles OR by driving less efficient vehicles. To try and tax by the mile, you would create yet another nightmarish government bureaucracy.
How exactly are they gonna measure these miles again? Because it'd be very easy to set the odometer back.
Oh, it's be easy and non-invasive. They'd just install a GPS monitor in your car that kept track of its location and distance traveled. No big deal.
