He informs us that, "I stand firmly with Muslim American communities in rejection of the voices that seek to divide us". The leading divisive voice this decade has unquestionably been him. But let's move beyond the obvious.

"Here in the United States, we are blessed with Muslim communities as diverse as our nation itself," he claims.



America is a multi-religious country. Muslims, by definition, cannot be as diverse as a multi-religious country. Furthermore Islam tends to do such a good job of purging internal dissent that Islam is far less diverse than Christianity. But then again theocracy is a very real and abiding presence in the Muslim world. And is likely to remain so for the foreseeable future.

I don't think anyone can accuse you of fostering understanding about the religion of Islam. But just to check, is Muhammad Ali one of your "OVERWHELMING number of of these Islamic arseholes" who "APPROVE of the terror perpetrated by these Islamic Arseholes"?

Before you answer that, let me admit that Ali and Drumpf did have a friendship of sorts. Charities, awards, weddings, and other social gatherings. And they both had bravado and bluster as their middle names. However, After the San Bernardino shootings, President Obama gave a speech in which he urged Americans to reject discrimination, saying that “Muslim-Americans are our friends, neighbors and sports heroes.” Mr. Trump responded in a post on Twitter:

But the sheer force of the ejection broke his right leg and both arms, knocking him unconscious. McCain came to as he landed in a lake, but burdened by heavy equipment, he sank straight to the bottom. Able to kick to the surface momentarily for air, he somehow managed to activate his life preserver with his teeth. Once he reached the surface, he was pulled ashore by some North Vietnamese.

After receiving less than adequate treatment, McCain says he was moved to a prison camp known as “The Plantation” and locked in a cell with George “Bud” Day and Norris Overly, two Air Force majors. Day, who survived the ordeal, said of McCain: “He was in this great big white case, and his hair was snow white. He just looked like he was absolutely on the verge of death,” the report quoted him as saying.

When he was moved into solitary confinement in March 1968 and when his father was named commander-in-chief of all US Pacific forces several months later, McCain’s troubles were just beginning. The North Vietnamese hoped to score a propaganda victory by offering McCain an early release.
