In 2012, Obama issued an unconstitutional executive order called the 'Deferred Action for Children Arrivals' (DACA). This action provided amnesty for 800,000 youth who entered the U.S. illegally as minors. DACA allowed these illegal minors to gain legal status, work permits, tax funded social servicers and protection from deportation. All those privileges were unconstitutional and illegal.
Two years later Obama extended his crime granting amnesty to 4 million illegal aliens under the 'Deferred Action for Parents' (DAPA)--an expansion of DACA.
On Joe Biden's first day as president he destroyed America's borders by illegal and unconstitutional executive actions by inviting everyone in the Western Hemisphere, including unaccompanied minors, to enter America anonymously.
So the U.S. was fundamentally and illegally and unconstitutionally transformed by a party completely dominated by progressives who regarded the constitution as a "White Supremacist" contract and therefore had no respect for its Constitution or its laws.
