While the idea of Precrime Police leaping into action to save lives is very interesting, it's too specific for our technology. Agreed on oath-breaker. IMO, anyone who had sworn an oath to the Constitution then took up arms against it is a traitor and should be treated like one.

He probably will. A 20 year sentence for people in the 50s and 60s is effectively a life sentence. When they finally get out they'll have nothing except a shared room in a half-way house.

If there is a Patriot Act 202X coming out of this to fight domestic terrorism, I hope they recognize the difference between a traitor and a terrorist.
