NYC scooter-riding gunman arrested

The scooter-riding madman accused of gunning down an elderly father of six and injuring three others in broad daylight is set to be arraigned on murder and a slew of other charges, Queens prosecutors said Monday.

But one race stands out really likes shooting at people


And if they were shooting so people at the same rates whites are based on their population percent..Gun carnage would drop like a rock
