Our election WAS our election. Trump won a fair election. Even Nate Silver conceded the Russians caused no discernible effect on the election.

The other point the poster made is valid: we can be pissed at the Russians. But there is no moral high ground to be had when it comes to meddling in other countries elections. Practically everyone does it and we and they are going to continue doing it.

The bit with the DNC was probably a one time thing. Unless it is as a leak instead of a hack, in which case, all bets are off. The rational thing to do, is to assume they will try it again and take measures to thwart them.

Most everything else is political posturing.

How does that work, anyway? Why would the Russians put dirt out on Trump while they’re supposedly trying to help him at the same time?

The dossier was originated by a Brit, and he was dead nuts accurate.
Nothing in it has been shown to be false yet.

But that doesn’t explain why the Russians contradicted themselves with the Dossier. The Trump-hater Steele got his lies/dirt from the same Russians who were supposedly helping Trump.

It wasn't compromised and a single vote wasn't tampered with. You're repeating a lie which only dumb people believe.

A fair election is not compromised by Russian interference bent on getting Trump elected. The polls favored Hillary. Trump won in a surprise outcome. Putin is charged with interfering in favor of Trump.

And also, we need a method for voiding election results when it becomes apparent the election was compromised.
