Now this is weird, watch Putin's legs... Do we have a doctor here? What would cause that?

I mean, WTF?
Trump should've had a 12" block for him to stand on at the podium. , lol. Obviously it wouldn't have helped negotiations, but it would have been hilarious just the same.

No, it is a technique trained to soldiers, who often have to stand in parade rest or attention for hours during the lead up to their turn at a parade.

If you lock your knees, it cuts off circulation to the toes, and eventually, you pass out.

If you rock back and forth, bending your knees, it allows blood to flow down to your toes, and you might be in pain, but you don't pass out.

I've done it myself many times. It works. It is part of basic training for most military.

Putin is old, has a weak heart, and when his toes start tingling, he knows what to do to combat it.

Indeed.

OCS was nine weeks when I was in the AF and I heard candidates hitting the cement more than once, while in formation.

They forgot to unlock their knees.

lol. Considering I was in the military and was trained to not lock my knees rather than twitch uncontrollably, I'd say you are just mouthing nonsense.

The training was to avoid locking your knees to avoid a nasty concussion, not to twitch uncontrollably.

Indeed. Hence my laughter at the idea that Putin was trained to twitch uncontrollably to avoid passing out. If you bounced around like a weirdo while in formation during training you would not do it a second time.

When you get older, and your heart is getting weak, if you don't stay atop of the knee flexing, then your toes start to go numb. At that point, you MUST really move around, to restore circulation, or you will pass out. You have to do exactly what is shown in the video. Ten years ago, I didn't know this...

Most serving military people are NOT old and have a weak heart, they retired two decades ago.

At least Putin has the knowledge and sense to address the issue, rather than just passing out.

Do you remember when President Bush threw up on some diplomat in Japan?

I don't like Putin, I think he is a bully, and a hard core communist, but I do respect his accomplishments and responsibilities.
