Trump Supporter Arrested After Crashing Hillary Rally & VIOLENTLY Assaulting Voters
On Sunday Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton spoke at rallies in North Carolina, in the cities of Raleigh and Charlotte. At one of those rallies a Trump supporter was arrested for punching a Clinton supporter.
Joining the Democratic presidential nominee at both of her North Carolina rallies was the group Mothers of the Movement, who have all lost sons to police violence. The rallies were being held in an effort to encourage Clinton supporters to cast their votes ahead of the November 8 election day.
The rallies were very much in line with her usual talking points, job creation and criminal justice system reform, as well as several references to her recent debates with her opponent.
During the second rally for the Clinton campaign of the day, according to CNN reporter Dan Merica, a man that happened to be wearing a shirt supporting Republican presidential nominee and alleged unregistered sex offender Donald Trump, punched another person attending the rally.
According to the CNN reporter, the Trump supporter has been charged with a misdemeanor. The victim did not require any medical attention after being punched.
Before the punch was even thrown there was a small group of people attempting to disrupt the event, which according to CNN, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton responded to by saying:
‘Some people are just sore losers, we just have to keep going.’
Over the course of the election, even during the primary election, there have been several politically charged violent assaults take place. Generally speaking, and according to the New York Daily News, Republican presidential nominee and alleged unregistered sex offender Donald Trump’s rallies tend to have the most disruptions.
According to the RealClearPolitics North Carolina poll average Hillary Clinton is leading in the state by 2.8 points.
