Sandman did nothing wrong. The Native American invaded his space and Sandman just smiled and stood respectfully.

The rotten to the core media then attacked Sandman.

These far left loons here are defending the media...which tells you a great deal.

Picture this, someone sues you for $250 million. He has an exceptionally weak case (it was dismissed very early in the case), and $250 million is a huge amount of money. On top of that, it is the principle... But there is also the legal costs to think of. Would you ever consider paying the full amount without even fighting it?

And think how much the full amount is. The Washington Post would have to sell off most of their operation to raise that much. They are in a low margin business. It would set a precedent that anyone who felt insulted would think they can get $250 million.

And what would that say about Sandman. He, and his lawyer, have been asking people for donations. If he has $250 million, he would be a horrible scumbag to ask for more money.
