Ohio and Texas May Take a Page from Florida’s Playbook

In Ohio, Republicans have introduced legislation similar to Florida’s recently enacted law prohibiting teachers from discussing sexual orientation and gender identity with children in kindergarten through third grade.

In Texas, Republican lieutenant governor Dan Patrick has suggested that it would behoove his state to consider a similar law in the next legislative session.

By one accounting, there are about a dozen states that have considered legislation like this.

Advocates of child grooming in public schools seem to think they’ve finally landed on an issue that can distract voters from the ongoing abysmal failures of the Biden regime and the DEMOCRATS in Congress, from rising inflation and high gas prices.

The only problem for them is that this issue doesn’t seem to be a winning one at all.

It is not now and never should be the job of teachers to ensure that every American child under the age of eight knows what it means to be queer.

Children under the age of eight do not need “gender affirmation” in the classroom. They need to learn how to read and how to multiply numbers. That anyone thinks otherwise is indicative of a deep, startling divide on what it means to educate children.

Psaki Refuses to Explain Why Biden Wrote Recommendation Letter for Chi-Com

WHITE LOUSE MISTRESS OF MISINFORMATION PSUCKY PSASKI LIES A LOT

White Louse Mistress of Misinformation Psucky Psaki refused to explain why Beijing-bought "Big Guy" Biden wrote a college recommendation letter for the son of a Chinese Communist business associate of his son Hunter.

The Liar-in-Chief of the Biden Crime Family has repeatedly denied speaking with Hunter regarding the latter’s business dealings.

However, emails from Hunter’s laptop show that the "Big Guy" gave a letter of recommendation to the son of BHR investment firm CEO Jonathan Li.

BHR is registered in Shanghai, although Hunter’s attorney told the failing New York Times in November 2021 that "Big Guy" Biden’s son “no longer holds any interest” in the firm.

Gutfeld celebrates one-year anniversary with largest audience ever, crushing CNN and MSNBC combined

Fox News’ foray into late-night programming has increased the 11 pm. ET time slot's audience by +81% compared to the year before "Gutfeld!" launched. It premiered a year ago on April 5, 2021.

The success of "Gutfeld!" helped Fox News finish the week as the most-watched basic cable network, as it averaged 1.6 million total viewers. MSNBC averaged 698,000 to finish second, followed by TBS’ average audience of 640,000. It marked the 33rd consecutive week that Fox News beat CNN and MSNBC combined among total day viewers.

Fox News was No. 1 among the advertiser-coveted demographic of adults age 25-54, too, averaging 271,000 demo viewers to top second-place TBS at 269,000.

MSNBC continued to struggle in the demo, averaging only 78,000 viewers to finish as the No. 23 most-popular basic cable network in the category. FXX, AMC, Lifetime, FX, Paramount, MTV, Nickelodeon and even CNN are among the channels to outdraw MSNBC in the 25-54 group.

South Dakota Takes Aim at Critical Race Theory in Schools

90

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem signed an executive order Tuesday to prevent “divisive concepts” like Critical Race Theory from being taught in schools,

Though the term is not specifically mentioned in the language, the order is effectively a ban on Critical Race Theory in K-12 schools. It is directly aimed at the Department of Education, as school districts are in charge of much of the curriculum in the state.

“Political indoctrination has no place in our classrooms,” Noem said in a statement. “Our children will not be taught that they are racists or that they are victims and they will not be compelled to feel responsible for the mistakes of their ancestors. We will guarantee that our students learn America’s honest history – that includes both our triumphs and our mistakes.”

Yup. As a Wisconsinite (but not from the Kenosha area), I couldn't be more happy for them. They elected the first Republican County Executive in a long ass time just now, and they haven't voted for a Republican candidate for President since Nixon until Trump came along. I suspect that this SE part of Wisconsin is becoming red pilled (especially since the BLM riots).

With regard to local elections as a whole, here in Wisconsin we sure kicked some liberal ass on Tuesday... Across most of the State, numerous liberals got voted out of their school board positions and conservatives are now taking their places. Manitowoc and Waukesha are a couple of examples where voters completely cleaned house with regard to their school boards. But even amongst other local elections, conservatives performed quite well and liberals quite poorly. -- It's also funny how Milwaukee could get their votes counted/reported in a timely manner on Tuesday yet they couldn't manage to do so during what was supposed to be the November 2020 elections.

Dane County didn't see any improvement though unfortunately... In fact, in Sun Prairie (nowadays a Madison suburb), the school board got even worse than it already is, as a couple of black broads from Shitcago got elected onto it. About the only good news from Dane County is that the current district supervisor for the NE portion of the county retained his seat (albeit barely). He's a solid conservative, but most of the other district supervisors there are obviously liberals.

Overall, though, a solid performance from conservative candidates all across the State.
