On dcj I unveiled Moosecare, a practical free market solution to universal healthcare which no politician is smart enough to come up with.
Here I will unveil my solution to post high school education but not shoved down the entire country's throats. Elective for each state. (Uh oh, 'states' rights', code words for racism to moonbats).
Free college education to those in a technical curriculum, e.g., accounting, engineering, pre professional programs excluding "pre law" (whatever that is) or a qualified votech school. No liberal arts curriculum would qualify.
The student must take out a student loan which is reimbursed by the gubmint after completing the semester with full time credits and a minimum of a 2.6 GPA.

Wyoming will pay for your med school if you agree to work in-state for a certain number of years.

Gubmint tends to reward irresponsibility and penalize personal responsibility.
Still the rewards gained from practicing personal responsibility far outweigh the penalties the gubmint imposes on it.

Very true. The federal government has become the biggest slave master of all time, robbed millions of their right to independence and instead subjugated them to a life of dependence on the master. Robbed people of their dignity, freedom and right to exert effort and brainpower to make their own way through life. Then they tax the working people and force them to be fellow slave masters. How great it would be if every citizen could be free to pursue their goals under their own power without the shackles of the government.
