Pioneering treatment: Bilateral simultaneous ureteroscopy involves visualising and positioning kidney stones with a ureteroscope, before using a laser beam to break them up.

I've had many kidney stones, but I have never had one that I needed surgery for... (knock on wood). However if I ever do need to have surgery, one is better than two any day!
