With no mechanism to enforce it, no one could be held responsible for not following it...
Once tested and actions are taken to punish those who ignore it, the courts can analyze it, it's unconstitutionality can be shown and the order rescinded.

The left didn't appear to have a problem with Barry Soetoro when he implemented a 6 month ban on refugee immigration in 2011. The entire thing is not worth debating....Of course the Commander in Chief has the constitutional authority to defend the people of the United States by directing the State Department to stop all possible terrorist immigration on a temporary basis until a plan can be effected to properly screen those coming to the US...from known terrorist pipeline nations. Every nation placed on the ban has demonstrable ties to terrorism and documented attacks from each of the nations targeted. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RELIGION....but national defense and very easy to prove so in any court.
The one's that were in the air as the ban took effect should be held until they can be properly processed.
