Total and permanent embargo on all British goods by all EU member and treaty states. Total and permanent entry ban on all British citizens entering the EU and associated states. Shut down all transportation and close the chunnel.

My proposed Mississippi deal. Force them all to learn how to read, take tape worm medicine and no more fried chicken and watermelon.

Financial services can be built elsewhere. Edinburgh, for instance.

The UK will be in freefall after their supply of EU goods is cut off. That's the goal. The EU, in contrast, can contain cutting off the UK. The percentage of imports to the EU from the UK is small fraction of this, because it's a much larger entity.

The City of London employs over 2,000,000 in financial services, the population of Edinburgh is less than 500,000!!

Oh and the UK is Germany's second biggest market for its cars.
