Hunter Biden (and his father"Honest Joe") conspired to commit some very serious crimes, many of which compromised US national security. To remind you of just a couple Hunter Biden was paid over 4 million (USD) by the Chinese Corporation CEFM which was directly linked to the CCP military, for providing Chinese agent with "access to then Vice President Biden in the Obama White House. Another such dodgy (i.e. illegal) arrangement was set up in the Ukraine where Hunter Biden, a drug addict with no knoledge or experience in the field was placed on the Board of the "Burisma" energy (natural gas) company and paid a hefty salary (all up millions od dollars for doing nothing except being available to provide senior Ukrainian officials with access to the White House through his crooked scumbag father.
The list of corrupt, illegal activities involving Hunter Biden goes on and on and on. (And) yes, there IS validated, hard, physical evidence confirming his prolific criminal activities.
Hunter Biden is a 100%, "gold-plated", scum-bag. He should (like his crooked father) be locked up for a very, very long time.
But that will never happen.
Why ?
Because when he is eventually dragged into court for trial he will claim that he is a poor, pitiful drug-addict. He will sob and say he is the unfortunate victim of a terrible mental illness ( chronic drug addiction) that, for many years, has cruelly robbed him of any capacity for common sense, sound moral judgement,and prudent self-control. His attorney will then argue that this fact mitigates all of Hunter Biden's most serious crimes. Merrick Garfland will then contact the Judge hearing the case, and "Surprise, Surprise "!! Hunter Biden will be handed some kind of legal "slap on the wrist", and one of America's most greedy, disgusting, corrupt and dangerous felons (in terms of his dealings with Russia and the CCP - both enemies of America) will basically just walk free.
