My husband will fix the economy

For instance Hillary has traditionally been a free trader as was her husband. Now that she switched to being against TPP for electoral reasons maybe she'll claim Bill's support of the deal as her reason for supporting it again if elected President?

well given that the man will be taking care of the economy because the weak woman just cant i would imagine her stance on TPP doesnt matter anymore. We would have to ask bill.

Wonder why she needs Billy. Doesn't Obama have the greatest economy ever? Or is it the greatest economy for a negro president? There may be a difference

Really? There was 3.6% GDP growth the year before Clinton took office. As a point of reference the highest GDP growth for a year under Obama has been 2.5%.

If 3.6% growth is destruction when would you call these last eight years?

Poor Bill though huh? Have an economy only growing 3.6% when you take over? I mean when he left office the country was in a recession. Quite the opposite of when he entered.

Bill certainly fixed it last time by signing the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act (GLBA), also known as the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999 and getting rid of Glass-Steagall.

We had this debate back in the 90's. People don't vote the The First Lady or first husband or whatever into office---it's not even an office. It's the person who happens to be married to whomever gets elected and they should stick whatever it is they do besides setting national policy.
