NASHVILLE, Tenn.--An MS-13 gang member from Honduras has been sentenced to 90 months in prison after he was arrested in Nashville for kidnapping a high school student and other offenses.

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in the Middle Tennessee District announced 22-year-old Franklin Pineda-Caceras, also known as "Bomba" was sentenced on Thursday for drug distribution and firearms crimes.

According to the DOJ, Pineda-Caceras was arrested in 2019 on multiple charges after being deported from the country twice. Records state he illegally entered the country in 2014 and was deported in 2016. The following year, he was found in a Nashville residence with cocaine, marijuana, numerous handguns, an assault rifle, and an "arsenal of ammunition."

Our Congress is failing American citizens by failing to address Immigration Reform including arresting those that hire, harbor or otherwise entice illegals to stay in the US.

The mother probably had sold her little daughter to the group of men, for what purpose we do not know.

The mother and child are not US citizens but were in the US.

What reason did they have to try to conceal the little girl like that? Because they were probably trying to traffic her, did not want people to see her.

They have not been charged with kidnapping, which probably means the mother is not saying it is kidnapping, but they have been charged with "illegal trafficking".
