Liberals in Congress are pressing President Joe Biden to invoke emergency powers to push ahead with Democrats' climate change agenda and to put new restrictions on fossil fuels, even while gasoline remains at its highest per-gallon price on record.

With legislation stalled in Congress, the nearly 100-member Congressional Progressive Caucus released a slate of policy recommendations Thursday for Biden to pursue, calling on him to use executive action to deal with a list of topics his "Build Back Better" agenda sought to address, including the development of more green energy technologies and placement of restrictions on new fossil fuel production.

The executive action agenda calls for Biden to declare a national climate emergency, as well as to employ the Defense Production Act, which both Biden and former President Donald Trump have done under the aegis of COVID-19 to increase ventilator and vaccine supplies, in order to build more renewable energy technologies, such as solar panels and wind turbines.

It also calls for Biden to target the fossil fuel industry directly through a reinstitution of a ban on crude oil exports in response to high oil and gasoline prices, something Democrats began urging Biden to do in earnest back in November, and encourages the administration to ban new fossil fuel leases on federal lands and waters.

The caucus's agenda outline reflects the sense of urgency and impatience that many Democrats are feeling now that the party's flagship social spending and green energy plan lacks movement because of Sen. Joe Manchin's opposition to broader Democratic legislation.

Anatta has a long history of inundating the board with Russian propaganda.

When I joined in 2018, he was spreading the #Blexit and #Walkaway hashtags, which were coopted Russian Active Measures.

In 2019, he was spreading the #NoCollusion hoax, and whenever he is asked why Manafort asked Kilimnik to share confidential GOP polling data from swing states with Oleg Deripaska, he tries to change the subject to it being undetermined if Kilimnik gave that data to Deripaska. But that's avoiding the question of WHY Manafort asked Kilimnik to do that in the first place. And also, it's undetermined if Kilimnik gave that data to Deripaska because Kilimnik refused to disclose his communications.

In 2020, Anatta spread lies about COVID being "no worse than the flu", treatable with HCQ (which it was not), treatable by drinking bleach (which it was not), and that kids couldn't catch it or spread it (they can and have). He also spent the back half of 2020 lying about the election by infamously claiming he got an unsolicited mail in ballot, which he didn't get...he didn't get anything, he made it all up.

And in 2021, Anatta lent his support to the insurrection, called smearing human shit on the walls of the Capitol "legitimate political discourse" and the equivalent of the French storming the Bastille. He also spread lies about natural immunity...lies that backfired into Florida being the worst hit state during Delta and Omicron. Because of Anatta's lies, tens of thousands of people contracted COVID because they believed Anatta's lies that "natural immunity" is better than being vaccinated. Oh, and Anatta was fully vaccinated as he told other people this.

So now we get to 2022, and Anatta's use of Russian Active Measures has only increased to where he is disseminating their propaganda word-for-word from the Kremlin and Fox News.

The mods should ban Anatta since he's a Russian agent using JPP to advance Russian Active Measures.

I always find it interesting that the shit Anatta writes here end up honed on Twitter, Facebook, and Fox News 24-48 hours later.
