That's been happening for years. Three years ago I met a lady who works in San Diego but lives in Tijuana because housing is cheaper there.

And if young ladies like this one are game for taking their money elsewhere, dontcha suppose the wealthy will to the same with themselves and their corporations with new tax burdens ?

It sure did have that effect in England when they went heavy on the wealthy.
