I'm not even saying that facetiously. It's a serious deal.

Who just invents that they "passed" on being TIME's man of the year? Who fabricates that out of thin air, and announces it to the world?
 
These are the kind of things that prove Trump is a pathological liar. I can't think of any reason someone would do this

time didn't even deny that the conversation took place.

trump never said that he was the person of the year. Trump said, (and they confirmed) that they were jostling for a photo shoot. It's totally believable that someone on the phone mentioned something to the effect of that it was possible he's person of the year or in the running. (which is obvious that he is in the running). All time magazine said was that they don't speak to who has won until december 6th. Trump never said time said he won, just that he was a possibility.
 
why else would time be randomly be asking for a photoshoot 2 weeks before the publication of the said person of the year if not to that possible end?

All time magazine said is that nothing had been decided. Trump merely mentioned he was a possibility. Time never denied they asked trump for a photoshoot. Trump would't be asked for a photoshoot 2 weeks out from said article unless it was because of this very reason, that he might be person of the year.

At this point, I would hope that they would've already made-up their minds. Anyway, I figure that Time could always just come-out and deny that the conversation took place, thus generating yet another case of Trump said-someone else said.

The conversation clearly happened, they clearly wanted a photoshoot, they clearly wanted photoshoot because of the possibility he might be person of the year. Trump said no to photoshoot. Not one part of what trump said has been debunked. None of this was denied by time magazine, they just said they don't announce until december 6th. Trump never said he was confirmed person of the year.

Trump said time contacted him and they wanted a photoshoot because he was a probably times person of the year, but NOT confirmed. Trump said he'd only do the photoshoot if he was confirmed the person of the year, and denied them the opportunity.

Time then comes out and says "we do not announce who is person of the year until december 6th" and twitter and retards like thing have a reee-fest.

time never denied the conversation, never denied talking about a photoshoot, and trump himself never said he was the confirmed choice.

well now you are just reading stuff that isn't there at all.

they could have easily said "this conversation didn't happen" or "we didn't ask for a photothoot" or whatever. They literally didn't deny anything he said at all. Trump himself never said he was confirmed person of the year, only that he was a possibility. Which is obvious he is because of times desire to do the photoshoot in the first place 2 weeks out from the article.

you are just making shit up now.
 
time supposedly made the statement they did to "Correct the facts" but they didn't end up denying any part of the conversation.
 
it's patently obvious how the convesation went

time called up trump, asked for a in depth photoshoot and interview. Trump asks why. Time says... "Well you are a probable candidate for person of the year" trump says he'll do it only if he is confirmed. They both hang up. None of this has been denied by time magazine, none of trumps statements have actually been contradicted or proven incorrect in any way shape or form.
