Medicare for all huh?

Wait, I thought these programs were a terrible investment for which the American people get inadequate returns?

You are one stupid Mofo aren't ya?

How sustainable is a program where it pays out $3 for every dollar it takes in? Sure it is GREAT investment for the first folks in like all ponzi schemes, but eventually not so much.

Let me ask you this. If I give you $1 today, do you think in 20 years you'll be able to pay me $3 without going broke?

WOW! What a fucking brilliant analysis. I mean did you think of that all by yourself?

Let me ask you this. If I gave you $200,000 today do you think in 20 years you'll be able to pay me $600,000 without going broke? Sorta changes the fucking dynamic and equation dontcha think Einstein?

How about this? If I gave you $6,000,000,000 do you think you'll be able to pay me $18,000,000,000 in 20 years without going broke?

FUCKING BOOM BITCH!!!!!!

SOcial security isnt there to make money. Its there to help those in need.

Bullshit. That wasn't the promise. In fact did you know FDR the cripple promised a 3% return on Socialist inSecurity? I bet your low information ass didn't know that. But, he did. He promised to make money with Socialist inSecurity. How? Who the fuck knows. There have been gullible dipshits like you throughout the course of history.

People like FDR, Clinton and Obama can't survive without dumbfucks like you who are willing to leech off of the work of others and demand your fellow man do without so you can have things.

If you had any self respect you would be embarrassed and ashamed

Eh, valid point. But if I continue to collect increasing amounts of money on a daily basis from an increasing pool of people over time it shouldn't be too tough to pay you back.

Every ponzi scheme thinks that, except like every ponzi scheme you eventually run out of people. It is simple math

Oh, here we go with the Ponzi scheme stuff. I mean, I suppose I could imagine a scenario where the US economy runs out of workers, but if that were to happen I think the financial shortfall of SS and Medicare would be the least of our worries.

Also, too, that's how insurance companies work.

This is semantics but I do not understand how you call S.S. anything but a Ponzi scheme. When it was created seniors started receiving benefits right way. It wasn't a fund that they had been paying into all their life. Their benefits were paid by young working people. That is exactly what a Ponzi scheme is.

Well, you're missing a relatively critical aspect of a Ponzi scheme - the deception.

of course the tax payers were deceived. they were duped into believing they were getting what they "paid into the system". They got that and then some. They were duped into believing they weren't receiving a welfare program.

I understand your pain. You have unwittingly admitted SS is a ponzi scheme and now you are trying to figure out a way to walk it back.

I accept your concession

But they get more than what they paid into the system.

If it's about the public not understanding something fully, then can't everything we put before them be considered a deception and/or ponzi scheme?
