Still, if you are not qualifying for medicaid or subsidy then you will just go without anything but emergency care. If you could game the system by simply not paying your bills then nobody ever would and not just medical.

So assuming you are correct- then you are pointing out that Republicans are smarter than Democrats. Republicans know they can be seen and get treatment "if" they need to, and pay a small fine. They can keep their own money- put it in a health savings account if needed. But I think we can also assume if they are "poor" that they won't have to buy anything as it will be Free. Mostly however I just want to point out that you are making assertions that have no point.
