Man kills guy on subway: gets arrested

Sounds like self-defense to me just like Daniel Penny... only this guy had a deadly weapon ....apparently New York can't get anything right... still waiting on the toxicology report from the first incident I imagine they'll do one on this victim as well...
 
The other case involved no hitting


This guy did self defense


The other guy went nuts on a guy when he had other men there to help contain the guy


One used great restraint and then did what he Had to do


And got arrested right away



WHY??!????

There were other men standing over perry ready to help contain him


He had no logical reason to keep holding him in a deadly hold

He was trained

You obviously are unfamiliar with Daniel Penny's story...why Are you standing up for one guy and not the other when the situations are pretty identical? If you're saying that Daniel didn't have to restrain the guy who
was threatening and going crazy on the subway then you should be also saying that the guy shouldn't have had to stab that victim... surely you're not saying there should be two sets of rules in this kind of situation..
 
Daniel had many witnesses as well many who have spoken up and I'm sure we'll do so again when they're needed...
 
If you stab someone pretty much know that it's not going to be a good outcome....

Appears they do being one of the safest big cities in the world, but, if one watched Fox and listened to talk radio all day, they’d be ignorant of those facts

Doubtful, most of what you present here comes directly or indirectly form the rhetoric heard on both
 
Stabbing in the chest shows a clear intent to kill

He was even in criminally possession of the weapon he used


Nowhere near the same situation as Penny

Well it looks like this guy that got stabbed should have been in prison instead of out on the streets chalk this up to another POS that should have been locked instead of out on parole committing more crimes



And if that had been the case this would have never happened
