A man dressed as a woman was arrested in Virginia after police say he was caught peeping into restroom stalls three times in the past year.

Richard Rodriguez, 30, filmed a woman in a bathroom stall at the Potomac Mills Mall, Prince William County Police said. A 35-year-old woman was in the stall when she saw a bag moved toward her under the stall divider. Rodriguez apparently had been filming her, police said.

The victim rushed out of the stall to confront the man and saw him hurry to another stall, next to another woman. The victim alerted the woman and then contacted mall security.

Mall security detained Rodriguez until police arrived. Police then determined that he matches the description of a man who is accused of using a mirror to see into a women's restroom stall at a nearby Walmart and also at the Potomac Mills Mall.

Interesting. He's not a transsexual, and his peeping started in October 2015, before it was an issue in the national news.

Just another garden-variety perv who didn't get his ideas from Obama. :nono:

M E N are so disgusting.

Meanwhile, there's this:

Aimee Toms was washing her hands in the women’s bathroom at Walmart when a stranger approached her and said, “You’re disgusting!” and “You don’t belong here!”

After momentary confusion, she realized that the woman next to her thought - because of her pixie-style haircut and baseball cap - that she was transgender.

Toms, a 22-year-old from Naugatuck, posted a video about her experience on Facebook.

“After experiencing the discrimination they face firsthand, I cannot fathom the discrimination transgender people must face in a lifetime,” she said. “Can you imagine going out every day and having people tell you you should not be who you are or that people will not accept you as who you are?”

Besides being a pretty normal choice of style for women, Toms’ has a short haircut because she recently donated hair - for the third time - to a program that makes wigs for child cancer patients.

I bet that trans-phobic woman thought she was doing the Lord's work in calling out Aimee.

GOOD, how did they possibly do that without North Carolina's potty law?

He probably got his ideas from Bill Clinton.

Think so?

Or perhaps he got them from the Teflon Don, whose name was found in a convicted pedophile's personal phone book...after he dined at the convicted pedophile's house, and rode on the convicted pedophile's jet...
