I'll wait until after the election for mayor of NYC occurs. If this radical Leftist does get elected I expect a major decline in NYC with businesses and the rich fleeing, more crime, and all sorts of idiocy being instituted. Then he'll blame all of the disaster on his rivals.

That's a trillion in Wall Street business that has fled the state of New York. If Mamdani becomes NYC mayor expect more to follow. Mamdani wants to raise taxes on them in serious amounts. He wants to meddle in their operations. He also plans social-welfare reforms that will attract the poor, homeless, and criminals while crippling the police.

It isn't as if this would be unique to NYC. London is experiencing the same exact thing with companies fleeing far Left radical politicians putting their stamp on the city.

I don't "resent New York." I despise and resent the Left and particularly the radical Left. The Left has done more harm to humanity in the last 200 to 300 years than pestilence, disease, war, poverty, and depravation have. They've destroyed whole nations, wiped out billions of lives, and basically fucked everything they've touched up beyond recognition. Mamdani is set to do that to NYC to a good degree. As mayor, the city will go into serious decline.
