I see this as a realistic solution - abortion demographics heavily correlate with poverty and black or hispanic demographics, who usually lean Democrat.
Regardless of arguments about abortion being "murder" - allowing abortion for blacks and hispanics as a means of population reduction might ultimately serve a good, so that the taxpayer is not burdened with their hordes of illegitimate children and future Democrat voters, raised on the "plantation" of illiteracy and Section 8 dependency.
However, banning abortion for whites would do well to help protect the status of America's white property owners - if abortion were banned for whites, but allowed for blacks, hispanics, etc this might help the demographics shift in a direction which will prevent the subversion of America's literate, Anglo-Saxon property owners by plantation-bred illiterates who are a major reason why the Democratic party is able to stay in business to begin with.
