Saw this tweeted out today:


Madeleine Albright introducing @HillaryClinton says: "There’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help each other."



Seems like a pretty aggressive comment. Basically you are going to hell if you don't vote for Hillary?

I'd be interested to hear the context on that. Was that really her point - that you need to vote for Hillary if you're a woman?

I agree that sounds way too aggressive, and pretty dumb if that's what she meant. It reminds me a little of Hillary trying to argue that she isn't establishment because she's a woman.
 
Outside of this election, women are notorious for not helping one another. That seems like a problem if she is correct. :cof1:

Do we have to elect her because she is a woman? I mean right now whatever other 'qualities ' she brings/doesn't bring?

Maybe we can do it next time -if there is a better candidate? * oh nos you gotta be a sister*

What more context do you think their is.....? She was introducing Hillary.....

Seems pretty cut and dried what she meant.......not unexpected, and its really nothing that we haven't heard before using different words and phrases....

Pretty clear from the numbers Bernie is getting from younger voters that young women aren't flocking to Hillary strictly because she's a woman.

Yes, we have to elect her because it's her turn. We had the black guy, now the woman, next the openly gay guy, then the openly gay black guy, then the lesbian, then they'll recruit Caitln Jenner, then a black Caitln Jenner, then a gay transgender guy who self identifies as a lesbian...until every lunatic fringe group has been "represented", and we're drag racing donkey carts for fun and using rocks for money.:palm:

Yeah, I heard that. I take it for granted that most young voters(of both sexes)are typically idealistic(which sometimes means STUPID), which is the reason I'm concerned about this election. The tyranny of the stupid.
