The FL stand-your-ground shooting. Why won't blacks obey parking laws?

More of your childish asinine ASSumptions.

Been shoved many times as have millions of other people. Never felt the urge to kill over it.

Well, he did pull up his pants. Maybe that was the "threat". Would be good enough for you.

Doesn't matter.

Not at all if you understood the concept of karma. Seeing as how you are so lacking in your understanding of freedom it is understandable.

Why is it all of your guys with all of your lack of courage, wisdom, knowledge, patriotism, etc. choose these high sounding nick names that are the opposite of what you are?

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, did all those FACTS make your mangina ache?? :good4u:

Whites are the "victims" that get to murder unarmed folk if they's a scared. Can't get any more play-the-victim-so-well than to get away with murder because you were afraid.

W@ith all of the crawling, and kneeling, you do I would imagine your knees are quite sore. Better for you to just roll over and take it where you like it best.

I like how you try to divert from your own obvious behavior, by just typing what ever makes you feel better. :D

So what? Penalty is death, well, in your mind.

Cite the law.

So what? Did his threats put her in fear for her life, or that of the children so she had the right to kill him?

What would your response be if she had?

So now he is an "old man"?

No little man, he shoved the guy away from the car while protecting his girlfriend, and family.

Big fucking deal. $500.00 or death. Yep. That $500.00 surely justifies a death penalty.

UPDATE: Grunmpy's "old man" was 47 ( Michael Drejka, 47, and Markeis McGlockton, 28). Guess that is old in the world of cowards. According to another story, Drejka may be charged with murder. Wouldn't that piss the blood thirsty right wingers off.

It is clear you have a reading disorder as I have repeatedly said the shooter USED EXCESSIVE FORCE AND SHOULD HAVE BEN CONVICTED OF MANSLAUGHTER!

You refuse to see that if the victim had been a reasonable person and not slammed the man to the ground with no warning he would be alive today. No sport the victim is as much to blame as the shooter. If you can't accept that then you're an idiot.

That you haven't killed someone over being shoved proves one thing and one thing only. YOU, and only you, determined that you didn't believe your life was in danger. However, you keep trying to make that determination for the person in this thread and you simply can't do it.

Statue? Citation? Case law? Anything? Please strap your gun on and go out on your own to police parking violations by force. Please do. Why you can even focus only upon black folk parking violations.

Is this like asserting the Zimmerman had "no legal obligation" to back off and let the authorities handle the teenager he murdered once he'd called it in? This Giulianish legalese is pathetic.

While there are rules, many States have laws that allow a private citizens to detain or even arrest someone. Most of them deal with things involving breach of peace or larceny but it varies from State to State.

Zimmerman didn't murder anyone. A jury said so. Don't agree? Tough shit. There isn't a damn thing you can do about it.

2. Not unless you were the one being shoved.

3. To determine whether or not the person felt his life was in danger would mean you'd have to be able to read his mind. Can you do that?

the COURTS, you know that branch who you hang your hat on when it concerns rulings the acquit your beloved cops....., have ruled that 'reasonableness' is the standard, thus WE do have the opportunity at grand juries, jury trials, or through elected representatives of determining a person should have feared for his life.

You can't make that type of determination as it would involve reading a person's mind. Can you do that? Did the Marine teach you how to do that while they were teaching to be a fucking coward?

The law requires jurors to be mind readers.
