I think Ilhan Omar has finally pissed off Trump too much.

The American public want her gone. So, I think this vile Islamist bitch has now (finally) run out of luck.

Omar might be given the option of returning to Somalia directly of her own volition, if she refuses, she will go through the process of denaturalisation and then have her disgusting, lying, criminal, treasonous ass, forcibly deported by the Government.

That's not how this works.

Under U.S. immigration law (specifically 8 U.S.C. § 1451 of the Immigration and Nationality Act), naturalized citizens can face denaturalization and potential deportation only in rare, narrowly defined circumstances:
  • Procurement through fraud or misrepresentation: If citizenship was obtained via deliberate concealment of material facts or willful falsehoods during the naturalization process.
  • Membership in subversive organizations: Affiliation with groups like the Communist Party within five years of naturalization, if it shows lack of attachment to U.S. principles.
  • Refusal to testify before Congress about subversive activities within 10 years of naturalization.
  • Dishonorable military discharge during wartime.
Denaturalization requires a civil proceeding in federal court, initiated by the Department of Justice, with the government bearing the burden of proof by "clear, unequivocal, and convincing evidence."

It is not automatic and cannot be based on political views, protected speech, or policy disagreements—doing so would violate the First Amendment. Even if denaturalized, the individual reverts to their prior immigration status (e.g., permanent resident) and could then face removal proceedings, but this process typically takes years and includes appeals.

Absent proven fraud in her naturalization—a claim repeatedly investigated and unproven—deportation is not viable under U.S. law. If new evidence emerges, it would require a rigorous judicial process, not executive fiat.

Your problem is there is no evidence that she did anything wrong to get citizenship, or anything wrong whatsoever. Right now trump has about as good of a chance of being deported.

There IS concrete evidence that Omar defrauded her Naturalization paperwork The only reason I can think of is that if Trump strips her of her American citizenship, it could alienate the Black American electorate. and result in political blowback.

Whether or not denaturalising, Ilhan Omar, a high-profile, Black (African) Democrat is justified, Blacks in America could see Trump deporting Omar as an example of White r Supremacy/racism.
