I have been told that if you factor in chain migration the cost of each nears a half million dollars lifetime if they stay.
If Trump's actions get rid of just 1M illegals, that's a saving to the tax payer of $65B per year!
If Trump gets rid of 10M illegals, that's enough to pay 80% of the interest on the national debt.
If Trump gets rid of 16M illegals, that's enough savings to pay 100% of the interest on the national debt.
Nothing Trump has done so far, comes close to as important as booting the Illegals. Nothing.

All we are doing, is insisting that people who come to America, follow the duly passed Law which applies to Immigration.
We, the American Citizens, have both a Right, and a Responsibility to protect our nation and its people from foreign invasion, and national bankruptcy, by a number of other nations sending U.S. a large portion of their Skill-less Moochers, Addicts, Criminals, and Crazies.
If we assume that every nation on Earth produces an equal number of Moochers, Addicts, Criminals, and Crazies, per-capita,... that the distribution of problem people is the same world-wide... which probably is NOT true. Cultures such as Venezuela, Hatti and Columbia, probably generate a higher per-capita rate of problem people...
If we assume, for the sake of simpler, clear, debate, the rate is equal, and half of the world's countries send the USA just half of their problem people, because we are on 240M people, out of a world population of 8.2 Billion People, that process could easily load down America with such a huge set of crimes and costs, as to destroy our nation, not by military force, but by Criminal Invasion Force.

BTW, Border Patrol and ICE are different.
