TSA agents in St. Louis, Missouri, disarmed Rooster Monkburn, a cowboy sock money, of his two-inch toy gun after a woman brought the stuffed monkey through security. Agents said that it posed a threat because it could be confused for a real gun, according to local reports.

“[The agent] said ‘this is a gun,’” said Phyllis May, recounting the experience to fly back to her home in Washington state. “I said no, it’s not a gun it’s a prop for my monkey.”

The TSA was created during the bush administration after 9/11. You probably loved it then.
 
Yep, its us liberals. We all collectively joined our consciousnesses into one TSA agent and took a sock monkeys toy gun because we ALL believe guns, and all representations of guns, are evil.

What your link failed to report is after we confiscated the toy gun, we had the agent shout "Hail Barack Hussein Obama! Distributor of wealth and giver of abortions!"

The reality? Reality hasn't made a dent in your opinion. It is costly and ineffective, a useless tool of big government that will forever hang in the failure box but never change other than get still more money to be still more costly and ineffective.

Either way you need to define "Liberal". Does it mean we have a Liberal amounts of laws to prevent terrorists or does it mean we have a Liberal amount of freedom to sneak past Big Gov in the attempt to kill.

Don't include me in the collective "you." I hated every single BS law bush put into place after 9/11, hated it that Obama allowed them to continue, and really hate it that Obama extended the reach on some of them.

But I'm not posting a sorry-ass thread blaming liberals for something they have no control over and never expected after voting for Obama.

Isn't that the same as the DEA, it costs billions and has never succeeded in even slowing the torrent of drugs.

My bad Damo.....that post was intended for Christiefan, she's the one that mentioned "epiphany".... and fails to recognize the reality of how much a failure the TSA
has become under the leadership of the liberal Dem. administration.
Its nothing like was intended.
