Let’s pretend Germany invaded Iraq.

Let’s pretend that, against our advice, and wishes, our ally Germany decided to reopen the Iraq war and invade.

Then let’s pretend they created a huge mess in Iraq, preventing us from buying their oil. If they asked us to join a multi billion dollar operation, that would take decades of boots on the ground, would you support us going to their aid?

That’s what Trump is asking NATO to do now in Iran.

Let's pretend Jarod has a brain. Let's pretend Jarod knows how to use said brain.

Let's pretend that Germany and its EU allies goads Russia into going to war with Ukraine by expanding NATO to Russia's border? Let's pretend that the EU led by Georgia provided aid and comfort to Ukraine all with the goal of starting a war with Russia.

Let's pretend that NATO wanted to drag the US into said war.

See where I am going Veruca?

Since we've floated their ass for decades they should help but it's their choice not to just like it would be our choice not to help them if they're invaded. And spare us the bullshit about agreements.

why should they?

Most Americans (the ones who floated them for years) are opposed to what The PP did in Iran.

It doesn't matter what most Americans want the Peoples President makes the decisions. If you don't like it you should have put up more than a bag of rocks for a candidate. How fucked up are you filthy animals that more Americans voted for trump then for the bag of rocks you idiots were pushing? That would make normal people question their choices but look what I'm talking to.

The people are the ones who elect the President. When they go against the will of the people, they are not acting in accord with the deciders or the stake holders.

Then if the will of the people is what decides things then why do we bother with elections. By your reasoning EVERY decision should be put to vote by the "deciders and stake holders" and not politicians.

I did not say its the will that decides things.

You exactly said this

"When they go against the will of the people, they are not acting in accord with the deciders or the stake holders."

You called the people the deciders or stake holders. The problem for you is we elect people to make decisions on our behalf that's not the same as doing what we say. If you want that then demand an actual democracy.

I did not say the elected leaders do not get to make the decisions, I said they are not acting in accord with the wishes of the people when they make such decisions.

You have no ability to read complexities.

I read very well that's precisely your problem

Then if they make the decisions why does the will of the people matter? If they are there only to make decisions based on the will of the people then why do we need politicians at all? You need to think before you post but why?
