"Let's make this election a referendum on the court vacancy"

He said the election should be a referendum on the vacancy. I didn't mischaracterize anything at all.

The court makes legal decisions on the issues you listed - but not policy decisions. You're really desperate.

Dearest of morons... yes, Congress writes the policy, the President approves or vetoes the policy, the courts decide if those policies are constitutional. Do you think Citizens united had any effect on elections? Do court cases on public unions effect jobs? How about the ruling on ACA? Did that not affect health policy? Did Roe vs. Wade not affect abortions?

Did Rasul vs. Bush not effect foreign policy? How about Zivotofsky vs. Kerry?

Pretending the court doesn't have an impact on policy simply because it does not write the policies is absurd. Talk about being intellectually dishonest... you sir, are the pot calling the kettle black.
