Lets just stop for a second and remember that this is the president of the United States. He's supposedly sincere in his belief (though not really) that Obamacare is the worst thing in the history of the universe, and he's content to let it crash and burn than work towards a solution.

'Let it crash and burn!' is what a villainous dictator would say while fleeing from a country that rejected and ousted him. After setting it ablaze out of spite.
 
Well, we all know he is not exactly Presidential, but your correct, he is the leader of the Nation and is suppose to do what is best for the people of the Nation, if he thinks it is that bad his duty is to address the situation and not just quit

Funneling the money from Obamacare into the pockets of the top 1% is certainly monstrous.

Obamcare was based on Republican ideology and could actually be improved if Trump and Republicans cared to improve it, rather than using the savings to give the rich another tax cut. Imagine what improvements could have been issued over the past 5-6 years.

Every big bill requires tinkering.

The enabling provision reads, and I quote, "we find that in the United States the top 3/4 of one percent of income earners are doctors, biotech drug discovery entrepreneurs and wealthy investors who contribute 99 percent of the dark money to our political campaigns. We find that they want a huge tax break and want the poor to pay for it. Therefore we resolve to defund Obamacare forcing the poor sick people to die quickly and save billions in premiums that would subsidize their extended if valueless existence. This may be reference as to "fuck you poor bitch die quickly and give me a super yacht with a yacht for a dinghy with a helipad on that act"
